The need for extended community relationship building and growing trust

With this MVP, folks around the world in the Holochain Ecosystem will begin to get to know each other in ways they could not have imagined. While we know that not every connection is a fit, we’ll all get opportunities to learn about each other in deeper ways and gain trust over time based on experience. Friendships and "Heart" Families will be born.
In addition, collaborative partnerships will be forged, and we will find more ways to support each other and the Projects. We’ll learn through direct experience that agent-centricity was created to help us collaborate.
While the MVP is a digital tool to support exchanges, we also value the deeper, personal, relationships that can be discovered through rich ‘in real life’ (IRL) and facilitated online meetups.
Our inspiration for these meetings is drawn from the Post Growth Institute’s (OANM). We envisage a vital community of participants, exchanging in a variety of ways both online and IRL, using the MVP to record them as well as making their skills, contributions and reputation visible to the wider community.
These events are 90-120 minutes where participants meet each other, explore their individual offers and share their Requests. These experiences are fun, heart-warming and full of opportunities to grow relationships! And, as we get to know each other, trust can grow and we build community.
Participants are encouraged to add their Requests/offers to the MVP online through the website link so that all participants can see what is available and what is wanted. They can also privately chat and connect during the gathering.

After participants are onboarded, each can enter their requests and offers through the MVP, edit their profiles and reach out to others.
Individuals who have been designated by their organization as a “Coordinator” can also Request/offer on behalf of the Projects/Organizations.
