🟣Settings/Roles - Creating Project hApp Membrane

Getting clear and creating our safe container for connection

Before anyone is invited to participate in this application, the stewards of this hApp, happenings.community, need to be clear about the Vision, Mission and Values (how we are with each other). These are the "rules of the game" to participate.

The Settings section within the hApp will allow the Administration team to enter the Vision, Mission & Values.

Other basic input for the hApp Settings section will include role identification and clarity of permissions:

• MVP Administrator - Core Team member(s) at hAppenings.community

  • Onboarding approval, adding new request/offer suggestions, ability to create reports on activity.

• Project/Organization Administrators - These are key members of projects or organizations. Two individuals are needed for this role for resilience, one as a backup admin.

  • Creates and manages the Project or Organizations Profile.

  • Decides who will become their Exchange Coordinator.

• Exchange Coordinator - Designated by the Project/Organization Administrator

  • Ability to Request (only) on behalf of a project and/or Enterprise.

  • Validates/submits data for completed exchanges with participants on behalf of the Project or Enterprise.

• Individual Participant - Creator or Advocate

  • Ability to Request and Offer

  • Validates/submits data for completed exchanges with other participants
