What might be the positive and negative consequences of this Requests & Offers HC/MVP in the Holochain Ecosystem?

We want to keep in mind that sometimes applications are built without really thinking through potential externalities or negative consequences. We want to take a breath and think this through.

Examples of possible externalities:

• How to protect hAppenings.community from liability for exchanges that go wrong
